What’s included with my stay?
Your rental includes complimentary beach chair service through Ike’s (two chairs and an umbrella mid-March through mid-October weather permitting), stocked kitchen with all your basic cooking needs, hand soap at all sinks, garbage bags/dishwasher pods/laundry pods, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, fresh linens and towels, Wi-Fi, smart-tvs (log in to your streaming services) and access to all listed amenities.

How far is the condo from the beach and local attractions?
Our condo is beachfront—just steps from the sand with unobstructed Gulf views. You’re also about half a mile from the iconic Flora-Bama and only minutes from restaurants, The Wharf entertainment district, shops, and plenty of outdoor adventures.

Is the property family-friendly?
Yes! Our condo is perfect for families. Guests enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools, direct beach access, and a variety of activities for all ages. Orange Beach & Gulf Shores offer a zoo, dolphin cruises, mini-golf, nature trails, and so much more ideal for kids young and old.

Please note: Per complex rules, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Bringing a pet will result in a $500 fine from the complex and immediate eviction without refund.

How do I check availability and book directly?
You can view our availability calendar right on the website. To book or ask questions, simply email lisa@kingfishvacations.com. We’re happy to help you reserve your dates.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need special arrangements, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Is parking available?
Yes. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Passes are $35 each, with a maximum of two cars allowed.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancel more than 60 days before check-in, deposit will be returned minus a $50 processing fee.

  • Cancel less than 60 days before check-in, forfeit your deposit.

  • Cancel less than 30 days before check-in, forfeit full payment.

  • No refunds or cancellations will be allowed unless conditions threaten the health or safety of occupants, i.e. hurricanes, red tide, tornado damage and a MANDATORY evacuation is requested.

  • Excessive rain, drought, heat or cold are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

  • No credit is given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer Zelle, but also accept Venmo and checks.

Can I rent additional beach chairs or umbrellas?
Absolutely. You can arrange extra chairs, umbrellas, and other beach services directly through Ike’s for an additional fee.
